Yoga Classes

Yoga comes in various styles with different methods of teaching and many classes are suitable for every ability.

 

'Flow With Nia' teaches ashtanga-vinyasa, yin-yang, beginners yoga, gentle morning flows, and dynamic vinyasa. All classes have modifications and adjustments, which are provided for the students whenever needed.

Always remember that once you step onto the mat, the practice is yours. Listen to your body, move to your rhythm and pace.
